About Myco Outlet
Myco Outlet is an online supplier of mushroom cultivation materials and related products, including prepared grain, substrate, cultivation bags, and bundled cultivation supplies.
Our products are intended for lawful cultivation, educational, agricultural, laboratory, and hobby purposes.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to their own activities and location.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, quantities, weights, photographs, and specifications.
Because many Myco Outlet products are prepared in small batches and involve agricultural or biological materials, minor differences in appearance, moisture distribution, color, texture, packaging, or finished weight may occur.
Such normal variations do not necessarily indicate a defective product.
Product photographs are intended to represent the item being sold but may not depict the exact individual item shipped.
Product Weights
Product weights are described as accurately as reasonably possible.
Prepared grain, substrate, and similar products may experience minor weight variation due to moisture, packaging, measurement tolerance, and normal handling.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Myco Outlet may change prices at any time.
A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.
Many products include free U.S. shipping in the advertised selling price.
Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Myco Outlet reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

Free Shipping
Products advertised with free shipping do not carry a separate standard shipping charge at checkout.
Shipping is not literally without cost to Myco Outlet. Carrier and packaging costs are incorporated into our business pricing.
If a customer voluntarily returns an otherwise correct and undamaged order, shipping costs already incurred by Myco Outlet may be considered when determining any approved refund.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review the shipping address before submitting an order.
Myco Outlet is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, although we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve problems when possible.
Delivery and Carrier Issues
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is partly outside Myco Outlet’s control.
Carrier delays, weather, routing problems, misdelivery, theft after confirmed delivery, or other transportation issues may require investigation through the carrier.
Customers should retain damaged packaging and provide photographs when requested for shipping claims.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Returns, replacements, refunds, contamination claims, and shipping-damage claims are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy posted on this website.
Customers should review that policy before opening, inoculating, mixing, or otherwise using prepared cultivation products.
Cultivation Results
Myco Outlet supplies cultivation materials. We do not guarantee a particular biological outcome.
Cultivation results may be affected by factors including:

- Sterile technique
- Storage conditions
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Fresh-air exchange
- Contamination

Prepared cultivation materials should be inspected upon receipt and used within a reasonable period.
Products that have been improperly stored, exposed to extreme temperatures, opened, inoculated, altered, or contaminated after delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Customers agree to use Myco Outlet products only for lawful purposes.
Myco Outlet does not authorize, encourage, or accept responsibility for unlawful use of any product.
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
